Where Do I Find the VIP code to link my COD: WW with the online HQ?

I want my stats to appear on the Call of Duty: World at War website, but I don't know what or where the VIP passcode is to link it to my PS3 user tag.Where Do I Find the VIP code to link my COD: WW with the online HQ?
How do I view these stats?

1. In the game, go to the ';Multiplayer'; Menu

2. Choose Play Online (PS3) or Xbox Live (Xbox 360)

3. Choose ';Barracks';

4. Choose ';Web Stats';

5. Write down your unique web stats code and visit CallofDuty.com

6. Log into your account

7. If you don't have an account you can register here.

8. Once you've logged in, click ';My Account';

9. Click on the ';Link Account'; tab

10. Select your Platform

11. Enter your Gamer ID (Gamertag or PSN ID)

12. Enter your web stats code from step #5

13. Go to your profile page and select ';COD: WW DOSSIER';

WaW has all the same online modes as Modern warfare.

Well it's because those games spins too fast and the fans are cooling the ps3 down to prevent over-heating.

Don't play for long hours if online in those games, it spins really fast.

Dust the vents, and vacuum them a month with it being low powered, make sure it's 2-3 cm away.

It means that the CPU or your GPU is under load and will spin the fan at a higher RPM to offset the increased heat.

What to do? Clean out your PC.

Dust may clog the fans and cause heat buildup. Otherwise, it should be fine as long as it doesn't blow or reach 100+ C

I agree with you, I think after playing COD4 for a year the new guns and maps are a nice change of pace. I don't see why everyone is complaining about it being in WWII again. The guns are not any worse than the ones in modern warefare and now we have dogs, tanks, and flamethrowers. Bouncing bettys are way better than claymores because you can put them in so many places without them being seen. They are both great games but I think COD WaW is worth it to buy and play.

The functions ';getMonth'; and ';getYear'; need to be called from a ';Date'; object.

The dollar sign ($) is not used for variable names in JavaScript.

Simply saying ';code doesn't work'; is not enough. The best way to ask for coding help is to, of course, show your code, but also explain the outcome you were expecting, and the outcome you actually got.

By looking at your code, it looks like $calendar is being set to ';$year/$month'; literally. I can see where this is breaking your link. $calendar should be set like this:

$calendar = $year+';/';+$month

Get rid of the quotes around $year and $month, otherwise they will be seen as strings, not variables. The way you have it now, you are concatenating the strings ';$year';, ';/';, and ';$month';.
You're mixing running of JavaScript and VlB.net script. One is server-side, the other is client-side. Each can send data to the other, but only by making trips back and forth between the server and the client.

i am providing a email form in my web site. it works well. and i have inserted a rich text box for its ';body';.

But my problem is, When i email a formated text (bold,colored...etc) the emailed content appears as a coding in the receivers page. ( not as the formated text i emailed)

i dont know how to resolve this since i have no knoledge about it.

please can somebody help me about this matter? Please tell me how to edit the script. if somebody can tell me where to edit the bellow script and what i should include, i would be greatful

Fair bits of errors here...

You are comparing the 50st letter of strings that may not be 50 chars long.

Your swap is swapping the 50st character of the strings

Your fgets has no provision for short words entered.

You are setting 0 in the middle of strings that may still be 0...

You are trying to print a pointer (not a char)

etc...

Rewrite your ';code'; in plain english (pseudocode): it will help you see where your mistakes are.

Your code got cut short, but obviously the code is trying to send out the email. Closest thing I can identify is that the variable is being treated as a string when you call the mail function. Most common cause of this strange behavior are missing end quotes or mismatch single/double quotes. Also insure that the end of a string is terminated with a ';;';.

First, either remove this line

# Email to Owner

or change it to

// Email to Owner.

If that doesn't fix it, move the line where you assign pfw_email_to to the top of the script.

Another thing to consider is that depending on where it is hosted, embedding php variables in double quotes may not always work - this is called a magic quotation, and to be safe, I always use the format...

$some_var = ';some string ';.$some_value;

But magic quotes is a pretty common setting.

I have a MySpace page and the Contact Table will not appear, although if I hover my curser over the table, I am able to click the ';unseen'; links. How to write this coding in JAVA?
This is an excellent project assignment that you should work through yourself. It was one of my first real programming assignments and the solution would be a little long to post. Marshall Brain was my teacher (yep the one from ';How Stuff Works';) and he called it MINT for ';multi- precision integer'; The gotcha here is handling the carryover but it is not that hard.

I would do what the other answerer recommends, pull out all your CSS statements and put them in a separate .css file. It will make your work easier in the long run, and you will have more control over all your HTML.

Also, the first thing I noticed was your use of the position:absolute for some of your div's and not for others. This will force parts of it to be in a certain spot and not others.

You can keep things pretty close to where they should be by using CSS, well you can actually keep them exactly where you want, but it is easier to keep them close to where you want, and not get too caught up in the exact position.

Make sure your Z-index is not set, or set to -99 for example. Zindex makes layers our of your site, allowing problems like you have now if not used properly.
The problem is with the big banner thing, the style attributes, position set to absolute and position values force it to overlay the content underneath. Just remove those attributes for the time being to get things working.

You may want to consider nesting tables instead of nesting divs.

I would recommend creating a css file, call it mainstyle.css or something and then link to it on each page, versus including your styles on each page. That way one change to the style file and the changes effect the entire website. You can include additional style elements on a page if it requires something different. Place %26lt;link type=';text/css'; rel=';stylesheet'; href=';mainstyle.css'; /%26gt; inside the head tag of each page for example.

What are some C++ coding programs?

So I have decided to learn C++, because I already learned all the basics of HTML and a lot of the advanced stuff. Anyway, I wanted to learn C++ because I like designing things. Anyway, I'm not sure how to do this. I am looking at some tutorials at Xoax.net, but I'm not sure if it shows a program to make the games themselves. I am currently using MS Visual C++, but I'm pretty sure that doesn't do the modeling and stuff. Is there a specific program used to make the games and coding a stuff?What are some C++ coding programs?

What are some C++ coding programs?
Personally, I don't see why you couldn't use Visual C++ to do the coding. You may have to deal with memory management, but there are alternatives in Visual C++.

As an example, a self memory managing class exists called CString. You can do things like this: mystr1 += mystr2; or mystr1 = ';Testing';;

And of course there is the POSIX C routines in the #include %26lt;string%26gt;, which do the same.

There is a product called Visual Modeler (I believe). You can look on Microsoft's website in the Developer's section to see if you can pick it up for free.

I do know that Microsoft has a free set of games libraries to help with the creation of games.

And, even looking at the Python Tutorial page, it's about as easy to read as C++.

And FWIW, I'm self-taught in C/C++/HTML/CSS/PHP/VB, etc. And C++ only took about 3 months to learn. Although it took an extra 2-3 months to learn how to program using STL (template language).

And that's what I primarily code in for my primary job today.
Ok, so you decided to learn C++ because you assumed that you will start designing ';stuff'; and create ';stuff'; and play around with ';stuff';.

Turn around right now and continue playing with your HTML. Or else you will be in for a big surprise and will waste all of your time.

P.S. I can only imagine what you meant by ';advanced stuff'; lol.

Just from the way you worded your question I can tell that you're charging bulls when you should be playin with barbies. You don't go from HTML to C++. I doubt you'd get the ';Hello World'; application even if it was injected into your brain.

Get some more coding experience with HTML, DHTML, XML, CSS, and Javascript then move onto the big guns. You have absolutely no idea how hard it would be to get started with C++ and you'll burn yourself out really fast man. I want to hear you succeed so just stick with the basics for now and master those mentioned above.

Medical Transcription or Medical Coding?

I'm in school right now taking medical transcription and medical coding classes. I just started both and in the beginning I was set on going with medical transcription. Now that I have started transcribing reports it is very hard to understand some of the physicians. It's very frustrating and I feel like giving up. I have the option to take both courses or drop one if I don't like it. I don't know what to do. the normal line is that you really need to be doing medical transcription first to have a true understanding... I do know a few people who started out first in coding, but who had years of training and had a good coder teacher....

I work as a transcriptionist and have for 10 years. It's harder than people think. It's NOT easy... You are NOT just ';typing';. There is definitely a lot to learn... so my advice is to take your time learning, the speed will come later. Coding is something you could do later, though you could try that out if you desired.

For me, I think you should continue. It is actually hard at first but once you get the feel of it, it would be easier you just have to practice a lot and read a lot of medical terminologies as it would greatly help you in your medical vocabularies.

You have to take things one step at a time.

But if you think this field is really not for you then its your decision to make. Choose a career that you enjoy and not because you have to. In that way you'll be eager to learn.
My advise is that you should not drop, you have to continue. Medical transcription is very useful if you want to work from home.

Medical coding job will give you very good financial returns, but no home jobs.

There is nothing impossible in this world if you have intesterst in it. In the initial stage, dictations will look like fast, try involve yourself in dictation and patient details, slowly you will get accustrum to it.
I am currently taking online classes for 3 different things..Medical transcription, medical claims and billing, medical and dental assistant..I want to have all 3 certificates cause it'll look good on a resume and I should be able to find a job pretty easy...If I were you I would stick it out and get certified for both..that'll help you out in the long run and look better on resumes..if its hard and you can tell your not going to like it at least you'll know not to apply for that job anywhere! I am doing a self paced medical coding class and am having great difficulty getting the codes right. I understand the concept and the symbols etc. but when the case is put before me, I always get the code wrong... case in point: Collagen injection 5cc - so I went and looked it up under injections and it wasn't there... and I have no idea now where to find it! another case: 9-cm axillary wound repaired by Z-plasty... Are you looking in the procedure index in the back of the book instead of the front diagnoses portion of the book?

If you are still having trouble, contact your teacher for help.

Remember, not all codes will be specific. You may not find collagen injection, but a generic injection.

If your connection is really slow then it will keep cutting off and on. That isn't good for when downloading something that can't be queued.

sorry no you can't update via usb, i would use a wired connection (Ethernet cable goes into the back of your ps3 and connects directly into the router) just for the update. nothing is wrong with your ps3 it's just that you've got a bad connection.
well you can try a wired connection to download the update usually wired connections are more stable so you will not be disconnected when you download the update after that you should be good on downloading the full update
I would try to wire it because it has better connection then wireless most of the time.

You can try a decompiler if you have the copyright on the executable. We use a 9rays.net decompiler

Its not free, but it works very well for the .NET applications. May be worth exploring with 9rays for something for VB.

What you are asking is called ';Reverse Engineering';...!

I've heard that there are tools from Rational Rose which can decode the .exe. But I'm not sure up to what extent..

No you can't. What you can do is see how the programs executable behaves, i.e flow of i/o, then just mimick it in your code. VB isn't that hard to write.

There used to be decompilers way back for vb3 and vb4 16-bit, but there are no decompilers for 32 bit VB.

The code is entirely different for 32 bit vs 16 bit.

Essentially no. This is called ';decompiling'; and is only feasible in a very small number of cases. Try searching the net for a VB decompiler and give it a crack by all means, but don't get your hopes up!

How to do HTML Coding for my specific need?

Alright, so i'm making a website as a school assignment. I need the specific code that locks everything so that the pictures won't move around on different browsers or screens. In example, at school for my website i have these two images, one is on the left and the next on the right. The screen is large. At home for my website those same two images, one image is now on top, the other on the bottom, no longer side by side. The screen is small.

How do I fix it so that the images stay locked in their right place? (I know that would mean i need a scroll bar to fit the two images so how do I lock it?)How to do HTML Coding for my specific need?

There are functions for trncating roudning etc. But you can just divide by 2 and take the integer of this. And then multiply by 2. If you get the number you started with then the number is even. If you don't then the number is odd.

Example.

1 ... int(1/2) = 0 ... 2*0 = 0 and 0 does not equal 1 so odd

2 ... int(2/2) = 1 ... 2*1 = 2 and 2 equals 2 so even

This will work with any number (up to the limit for integers so you should make your variables Long and use CLng and this will allow a much larger range of numbers).

I doubt it. First, let's look at the price of the Prestige Ed. It's $150. We can assume that the game is worth about $60 by itself, and let's say a total of $80 for all the other things. That leaves $70 for the NVG's. A good pair of NVG's is EASILY $250. You are getting a $70 pair. So no, I'm thinking they are not going to be that great of quality. I agree with Gizmo. The price of the whole set is too cheap for NVG's. Being they can only see within 50 feet, I think all they are are goggles with green LED's.

Do you know the coding for HTML Cookie?

Hi.

I am creating a website and I need the exact code or some instruction in creation of a Cookie.

For my 'Index.html' I want my visitors only visit once then move for example to 'Home Directory'. I want the browser to move the visitor to the directory I want. An example of this would be the Rolex official website. When you visit the website you choose your language for the first time then you'll move the specified directory. Even if you click back you will not see the language options at the start. To see what I mean please visit:

Currently I am interested to create only this Cookie , I would appreciate if you keep simple.

Why does my text/coding change?

I am trying to code something and I want a link added to some text.

I have a ';Navigation'; section, and ';Home'; needs to link to ';index.html';. When I link the text to the page, the on-screen text changes and moves to a right-justified, bold, underlined, green text. I am using a WYSIWYG coder (Nvu), but I don't know if/what I am doing wrong.

Looks like the default style definition used for links is ';right-justified, bold, underlined, green';

Just add some style for your links, and it should be fine.

inline CSS in your %26lt;head%26gt; section, or import an external stylesheet.

For example :

a:hover {text-decoration: underline; color: red;}
